Forest Takeover about to be announced!

Olympiacos owner Evangelos Marinakis is reportedly on the brink of taking over at Championship side Nottingham Forest as the Premier League and Football League begin a due diligence process on the Greek shipowners background and finances.

The controversial figure has been a huge success at Greek giants Olympiacos, overseeing an extremely fruitful period in the clubs history, cementing them as the top club in the country with 5 league wins and 3 cup wins in just 6 years.

With a new management team in at Forest, something which Marinakis was apparently fully consulted on, fan's will be hoping that this could be the turning point of what has been a disappointing season with Forest currently only 2 points above the dropzone.
