Sunderland in summer move for Besiktas star

As Sunderland gear up for another relegation battle you could forgive David Moyes if he wasn't fully concentrating on the transfer market right now. However it seems the ex Everton and Manchester United boss is already looking at players for next season.

If the reports are to be believed the Black Cats are ready to move for Besiktas star Tolgay Arslan. The midfielder, who has also spent time in Germany with Hamburger SV and is believed to have been watched this season by Arsenal,  would cost around £10million but could add some real quality to a team in dire need of creativity.
