Southampton and Everton in goalkeeping merry-go-round

Southampton have emerged as favourites to secure the signature of England goalkeeper Joe Hart amid reports that Everton are set to launch a bid to sign Saints No.1 Fraser Forster in the summer.

£15million rated Forster is well known to Everton boss Ronald Koeman, who managed the keeper during his time at St Mary's and it is thought that a link up with the Dutchman could tempt the England man to Goodison Park.

With the 2 stoppers sharing an agent, Jonathan Barnett, it does make sense that moving Hart, who is surplus to requirements at Manchester City, to Southampton would be good business all round.
